We work across Europe, supporting customers in hardware-intensive industries, particularly senior business leaders in Product Management, Product Development, Sustainability, and Services.

Your Role
As a Project Lead /Senior Project Lead, you will take full responsibility for managing and delivering consulting assignments—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. You’ll lead project teams, work closely with customers, and ensure that solutions are both grounded in data and viable in practice.
You will also contribute to offer development and commercial activities, as well as help shape our growing consulting practice.
This role is an opportunity to develop deep expertise in the circular economy—by working hands-on with clients and industry experts to implement real, measurable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer value
- Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis to create clear, actionable insights
- Guide and support project teams, including junior consultants and analysts
- Engage directly with clients across Europe, from planning workshops to presenting results
- Collaborate with experts from Stena Recycling to enrich your projects with real-world knowledge
- Support business development, including client meetings, events, and offer development
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally from consulting or project-based roles within sustainability or industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, economics, sustainability, or related field
- Familiarity with circular economy, product lifecycle, recycling, or resource optimization
- Experience working with industrial clients or hardware-based product systems
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operational teams alike
